KEY FEATURES & APPLICATIONS
– It makes the fabrics has excellent hydrophilicity, softness, slippery and bulkiness.
– It is mainly suitable for fabric feel finishing with cellulose fiber as the main component.
– In the process of use, there are no problems such as sticky rollers, sticky cylinders, oil bleaching, and demulsification.
– It can be combined with cation and non-ionic softeners to significantly improve the overall performance of the softener.
– It has excellent hydrophilicity and solves the problem that amino silicone oil emulsion is not easy to repair and change color.
– Compounding with traditional amino silicone oil emulsion can improve its application performance and acid and alkali stability.

HOW TO USE (for reference)
– It is recommended to follow the ratio of 1:3~1:10
– Add the amount of chemical material, add the finishing agent and stir slowly, add water 1 to 2 or 1 to 2.5 (according to the fluidity of the stirring working fluid), and stir well without particles, add 1-2% glacial acetic acid of raw materials, and stir evenly. – Under stirring, slowly add the remaining water, the viscosity will be large, adjust the speed of water addition, slowly and consistently, add to the emulsification system, when the fluidity is slightly fluid, stop adding water, stir fully for 20-30 minutes, and continue to add water.
– After adding water in proportion, check that there is no sticky matter on the wall and bottom of the emulsifier, and stir thoroughly until there is no particulate matter. – Filter and pack with 100 to 200 mesh
Dipping process: Printing and dyeing semi-finished products→dipping working solution (one-dip one-roll or two-dip two-rolling, liquid rate 70±5%)→ drying→baking (130~140℃ *2min or 150~160℃*30~40s)
Diluent Dosage: 10~30g/L
Padding process:Bath ratio 1: 8~10 at 40~50℃for 20~30min
